Svarka/Welding International Exhibition will take place in ExpoForum on March 26 through 28, 2025.

Svarka/Welding International Exhibition can be attended free-of-charge. Information will be posted on For Visitors page.

To take part in the Convention program of Svarka/Welding, please fill in the form.

• a badge
• access to all the concurrent events, which are Svarka/Welding, Power & Electrical Engineering, Municipal Housing Complex of Russia, and Corrosion Protection).
• access to all events of the Convention and Business programs at Svarka/Welding, RIEF, Municipal Housing Complex of Russia International Exhibition, as well as Corrosion Protection International Exhibition and Congress (but for the events with limited access)
• a handouts set**
• lunches and coffee breaks
• gala dinner for the participants (one person invitation)

** the handouts set is finally decided by the Directorate

If you want to make a report, please send a query to es.tokarenko@expoforum.ru and submit the following details: full name and position of the speaker, name of the company, topic of the report (draft name will do), basic talking points. The entry requires approval, which takes from 1 to 3 months, and in case the answer is positive, the participant is provided with the Speaker Pack.

We don’t provide any materials from the conferences unless permitted by the speakers. Please send a query about the event you are interested in at vv.avakyan@expoforum.ru.

The registration fee is required if you want to take part in the event with a stand.

Join the Exhibition as a partner to promote your company in the relevant market. With the partnership support, you will get a chance to address a really big target group, as Svarka/Welding International Exhibition is participated by the top and middle managers responsible for decision making in their companies. • The Customer is mentioned in the press releases and post releases about the Exhibition.

In 2020, ExpoForum obtained a Safe Travels SPb QR code. Consistently, ExpoForum complies with every safety standard and in no time acts up to Rospotrebnadzor’s recommendations and requirements.

The company introduced must-have and present-day solutions to ensure compliance with safe activity standards.

• The centre is equipped with advanced no-contact thermal imaging systems that are used to take temperature for visitors of ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre. Visitors that have fever are denied access to the Centre premises
• The ventilation system was upgraded
• No-contact sanitizers are installed throughout the venue
• Convention halls are equipped with air recirculators

However, while at the venue, we highly recommend that you observe the safety precautions and use protection means e.g. masks and disinfectants.

The average daily temperature in March is about plus 1 °C. St. Petersburg stands at the Baltic Sea, which increases the air humidity. This is the reason why cold weather feels more cold than in some other regions. It can rain often. You may wish to take warm clothes and an umbrella with you.

St. Petersburg is located in the UTC +3 H clock zone. Time in St. Petersburg is the same as in Moscow.
