QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
The Business Contact Center has been successfully operating since 2012, with many large buyer companies being regular participants in the negotiations.
During the preparation for the event, we carefully select companies that will conduct procurement negotiations in the following categories:
– Only verified companies with the potential for large wholesale purchases;
– We constantly conduct market research and identify the most in-demand buyers in the industry;
– Companies that have proven themselves as reliable and solvent partners.
You can view the preliminary list of buyers on our website or send a request to the manager. You can also express your wishes for the presence of specific buyers at the negotiations, and we will take them into account when forming the list.
Buyers represent large companies from various regions of Russia, St. Petersburg, and the Northwestern Federal District.
Only decision-makers on procurement and cooperation are invited to the event: heads of occupational health and safety departments of large Russian companies. In most cases, even several representatives from one company are present.
Becoming a participant in the negotiations is very simple: you fill out an application on the website, the manager contacts you and answers all your questions. To issue an invoice, we will need your company’s details, the full names of the participants, and a brief description of the company you represent.
The negotiations are held once a year. You can find the schedule of other Business Contact Center events on our website.
The cost of negotiations includes a full day of individual meetings, buyers receive information about your company in the participant folder, a wonderful coffee break is organized throughout the event, and access to the profile exhibition (at certain exhibitions, entry may be paid) and key events of the business program. To find out the current cost of participation in the negotiations today, just leave an application.
There is no time appointment, but there are managers regulating the course of negotiations, and the number of places at the event is limited (usually no more than 30) to ensure the negotiations are most effective.
If you want to enhance the effectiveness of your participation in the exhibition, then yes, definitely. Participation in the Business Contact Center guarantees personal negotiations with the declared companies. Also, the business and, at the same time, comfortable atmosphere of the Business Contact Center is conducive to the highest productivity of negotiations.
Participation in the exhibition provides additional opportunities to present your products and services, many participants take part in both the exhibition and the Business Contact Center. But if for some reason you cannot participate with a stand, representatives of your company can conduct negotiations only in the Business Contact Center
Yes, we cannot guarantee 100% attendance of the event by the company, but in case of cancellation of the declared company, a replacement will be made. In fact, there are even more potential buyer companies present at the Business Contact Center than declared.
